Modeling Results for the Real Horizontal Heavy-Oil-Production Well of Mechanical Solids

Recently, more and new oil fields entering commercial production are complicated by the content of high-viscosity products, which located at relatively shallow depths. For rational development such fields, a network horizontal wells is used. A special feature these objects weakly cemented reservoir, leads to significant sand occurrence during well operation. At same time, removal mechanical impurities cannot be avoided even when using complex measures, including use various filters. There quite few methods describing behavior in gas–liquid flows. The purpose work was analyze impurity particles from with oil. model typical OLGA software created, data on types particle were obtained. As result calculations, quality for different diameters determined, dependence critical diameter flow rate constructed.
